#JaiHoswag will exchange with an identical product only if the item received is faulty. No exchange if the Wash Care/ Product Handling is not followed. Exchange Procedure:
- File for exchange within 3 days of the receipt of your product, by reaching us at Support@JaiHoswag.com with a description of the problem and images of defect over the said Email address.
- We will require 10 business days from our claim approval team to get it processed further. Courier charges will be extra in the entire process of exchange.
